I've been playing with some camera's.. and a new firmware load for =~ $20
WYZE camera's that supports RTSP (streaming video) and just got to shout
out to Shinobi. https://www.shinobi.video/ as one of the more impressive
Linux things I've seen. Not easy to build a server for... but not bad
either. I built my current server on ubuntu 18.04. been working for months
very well.

Oh.. and the list has been quiet.

=============================================================== From: Cybertech ------------------------------------------------------ Is the new firmware the one Wyze released to make the camera work as a webcam ? I am a big fan of their cameras. I did that firmware change to one then hooked it to a Raspberry Pi using the motioneye and it worked great Jim On Tue, May 12, 2020 at 10:00 PM Michael Harrison wrote:

=============================================================== From: Michael Harrison ------------------------------------------------------ I should have included the link. https://support.wyzecam.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026245231-Wyze-Cam-RTSP Also works well with the standard android app. Just adds RTSP.

=============================================================== From: Stephen Kraus ------------------------------------------------------ Sorry, been neck deep in convincing C level that we'll never head off security issues from in house dev projects if we don't get security involved in development. =============================================================== From: Lynn Dixon ------------------------------------------------------ Has the RTSP improved recently? I've tried it on my WYZE cams a while back, and it was pretty shoddy at the time. I was sending it to Zoneminder at the time. It seemd the RTSP quality wasn't as good as the "normal" quality, but that has been a while back. On Tue, May 12, 2020 at 10:00 PM Michael Harrison wrote:
