=============================================================== From: Billy ------------------------------------------------------ Disclaimer: I=E2=80=99m a RH employee. RHCSA isn=E2=80=99t too bad. The official RH training will be on RHEL8, which mirrors the exam. Additionally, the RH training has test labs for specific subjects that the e= xam may cover - which may or may not be on the exam. I say it like that, because no one is supposed to talk about what is on the e= xam, but during training the instructor will definitely hint to you which th= ings you should REALLY pay attention to. My advice for the exam: don=E2=80=99t overthink it, don=E2=80=99t do more th= an you=E2=80=99re asked to do, reboot often, and time management is importan= t (if you get stuck, move on and go back later). --b tudy Guide by Michael Jang. se, place to take it, labs to do, etc.? ses. =============================================================== From: jonathanecalloway@gmail.com ------------------------------------------------------ Billy, =20 Thanks for that. I looked at the RH training offerings, and they are a = little rich for my blood. My employer will pay for the test, but only = if I pass. Since I can still take the RHEL7 based exam until next year, = that is what I was planning to shoot for. The idea being that if I get = what I am after, I can take advantage of RH training then. =20 Of course, if this is not a great strategy, or if you can point out = where I may be looking at the training pricing incorrectly, please let = me know. I mean, I definitely have an open mind here! =20 =20 =20 =20 From: Chugalug On Behalf Of Billy Sent: Friday, June 14, 2019 1:57 PM To: Cha.
