Am I NATted? (NAT'd?)

Not sure how to tell if EPB has me NATed or not. My Untangle FW says the
public IP is 100.64.96.82/20 however google's "what is my IP"
reports 74.221.181.185.

Is that indicative of NAT situation or am I seeing something else?

I used their online chat for the first time today and still got one of their local guys (Kirk) who I've talked with on the phone before. Had the whole issue resolved in just a few minutes with only having to explain once and give my account number once.
