NAPTR

DNS/VoIP gurus -- If a DNS provider supports SIP SRV records, but 
doesn't support NAPTR records, would SIP service be affected by a lack 
of the missing NAPTR records? E.g.

I found the answer described in RFC 3263 .. " If no NAPTR records are 
found, the client constructs SRV queries for those transport protocols 
it supports, and does a query for each."
