You could be maxing out your *spit* NAT device and/or firewall.  And<br>
in reality, any testing beyond their speed test is testing the<br>
connection beyond your simple port speed.<br>

And unless you are paying for a "Professional" circuit, which is more<br>
like $350/mo than $59.99/mo, it's a best effort circuit anyway.<br>
