unlocked phone access to their network, and the call happened to be a<br>
911 call.  Hopefully someone will get this worked through our<br><br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>911 is always allowed. if you can convince the phone to do it, even without a SIM. there is a market for old phones with no service just for emergency calls. I believe the women's shelter gives them out for domestic abuse cases, as one example.</div>
