[Chugalug] Deep Freeze Alt?

PXE Boot targeted at a terminal server hosting a locked down session of
Windows, I've set up a couple of these at several offices where they need
basic desktop services and it can actually function fairly well. You can
host the VMs on a *nix boxen of your choice.
