+1 .. compare with Parker Fiber colo in Rome, GA. Last quote I got 
(around Dec 2011) was $250/mo for 1U and 2MB/s without any transfer 
caps. $100 additional/mo for 1 MB increments above 2MB/s. If you get to 
10MB/s the increment price drops down to $85/mo.
