[Chugalug] linux: Where to store time and location data

according to Arch, time is stored in /etc/adjtime.
Thanx ET I'll look at that. I'm thinking of using T2 but LSF is an option  
as well.
As a side not it looks like remastersys is dead.

@DB I thought of that but shouldn't it be system wide for multi user?
