[Chugalug] List Digests Now Appearing on /r/chugalug

Also two-way synchronization is hard - or so I hear.

I like and respect what you've done so far.  I hate digests though.

I'm not sure how much I'll be able to contribute because I don't know ruby
and I don't have time.
