The article says "300 milligrams of wireless Internet access."

This is never going to work.  I'm not sure about the nicer schools like
Normal Park, but most Hamilton County schools can't take advantage of
existing technological resources, much less double or triple their
investments.  My wife had a fancy Promethean board for the 2012-2013 school
year which never actually worked correctly.  Also I did all of her
equipment setup and reorganization, because there was no one else available
to do it.
