Perhaps deeper reading of the subject I suggested.  Look specifically
for *why* in addition to *what* it was/is.  Seriously, on average we
break 3 felonies a day, imagine how easy it must be to make people go
away with near global communications intercept and capture ability
awarded by secret courts with zero oversight.

FBI?  No, the FBI is just one of the lucky pawn agencies that receives
those magic tidbits of "evidence" that have to be written out of the
"official" reports after the fact.
