My two primary vendors are Newegg.com and Amazon.com (I used to work for
Amazon, however I'm still loyal to their great deals and service), but I
usually use PriceGrabber.com for price comparison, and sometimes use eBay
as an alternative.
If you want a prebuilt system, I still carry the discount I got from IBM
and Lenovo when I was an IBM contractor. Feel free to try it and use it,
it's not tied to me personally, and I'm authorized to share it:
www.ibm.com/shop/us/cpp - passcode is 906030
Good luck in finding what you need! :)

" ' With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured,
the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all
irrevocably.' Those words were uttered by Judge Aaron Satie as wisdom and
warning... The first time any man's freedom is trodden on we’re all
damaged." - Jean-Luc Picard, quoting Judge Aaron Satie, Star Trek: TNG
episode "The Drumhead"
