[Chugalug] OT: MacBook for sale. Too cheap?

Amazon says the screen on that Samsung is 1600 x 900 at 15.6" (118 dpi).
 The MBP Retina is 2880 by 1800 at 15.4" (221 dpi).  That's a pretty big
difference - almost twice as much.
