I had the pleasure of working for David about 4-5 years ago. He had 
multiple interconnects running to Chatt back then, I can only imagine 
what he's got now after that huge federal grant. He used to be adamant 
about avoiding residential service back then so that piece of the 
article was a bit of a surprise for me.
