[Chugalug] Unlocking your Smart Phone is Illegal???

I personally would rather pay full price for a phone and not have to deal
with the "contract tax" every month.  As much as I despise T-mobile, I
think they give their customers alot more choices as to how they can
"purchase" their phones.
