[Chugalug] shopping for new registrar

A small registrar ( quietly, a reseller actually ) -- that I have used  
for years and have been well served by is http://dotyou.com .

The owner, Christine, has been responsive and helpful by email ( but  
their site works, so it has been very rarely needed ).
