[Chugalug] Anyone up for a WebRTC meeting?

In reality, Rod periodically sends things to the wrong list. I suspect
that is what happened here, but I cannot be certain. That coupled with his
love of brevity and assumption that we're all on the same page can make for
some interesting conversations.
