[Chugalug] GigE NICs

OK, given that it appears my on-board NIC doesn't do GigE, I'm looking online 
at NewEgg and found a Rosewill 10/100/1000 PCI NIC for $13. Now reading the 
reviews, it appears that this card uses a RealTek chipset, OTOH, it is 
supported  under Linux. There were a couple instances of bad NICs out of the 
box, but for the most part, they seemed to work with no problems.

Other than a general dislike of RealTek, anyone know any reason why this 
wouldn't be a good NIC?
