And the Linux box is apparently using some sort of RealTek chipset...and may
be Gigabit-capable... Unfortunately I don't appear to have kept the
motherboard box. :( Guess there's only one way to know for sure... Gonna have
to just bite the bullet and buy a GigE switch and give it a shot. :D
