[Chugalug] How to create your own Chrome extension

The rent a bike stands are a paid service... Even if they had an API we could tap into I wouldn't write an app for a corporation who's sole purpose is to make money without compensation.

Now if it was a free service for Chattanoogans that would be a different story.
