[Chugalug] Google: Gmail Users Can't Legitimately Expect Privacy

That headline, like most --all-- news stories, is misleading.

Google says that if you turn your data over to them, there is of course the
possibility that they will look at that data.

If for nothing else then someone debugging something when something goes
haywire.

They are NOT saying that the contents of your email should be passed on to
any other company or government.

Just thought I would elaborate on the headline.
