I agree on the Wordpress thing. I have some custom PHP sites and the error
logs are full of wp-admin, wp-login, etc. Script kiddies love that shit.

I'm not against Drupal but again, why not Joomla? Learning curve isn't
supposed to be as steep as Drupal.
