[Chugalug] $99 Super Computer

I think the point of this is education. I have access to an 80-way server
at work, and have messed around with doing some multiprocessing on it.
However, this little guy would be just (well, almost) as interesting to
play with, and costs less than 0.5% of the cost of that server. I'd get
one!
