Verizon resolved my month old support ticket today.    Blood pressure...   
dropping rapidly...    feeling faint...

I always hear people talking smack about Comcast customer support, but I've had 
a ticket open with Verizon for over a month now.    


Right now I wouldn't recommend Verizon to my worst enemy...    if I had any 
enemies.
