Are you asking for commercial hosting recommendations, or commercial
Internet Access?

You've heard wrong... every EPB circuit I've touched is symmetrical.
You can get a static IP address on a business circuit, that's about
the only difference between a small business 30MB package and a
residential 35MB package... oh, except they don't offer a 35MB
residential package any longer, they were bumped to 50MB.

I will agree with the Comcast stability rumors.
