[Chugalug] pro's & con's of commercial service with EPB & Comcast

I'm talking with a company about moving their online forums. So I'm investigating what is the best commercial hosting in Chattanooga.
So sound off on the pros and cons of both. 

I've heard the unlike residential, EPB commercial is not symmetrical. But favors outgoing traffic (good for servers).
I've also comcast is not as stable.
