eh?   I am able to enter "1200000199" in the Requisition Number field, and/or 
enter "Linux Administrator III" in the Keyword field, and I get search results 
both times.

You may have had no applications because  the search doesn't work on the site.
Try searching for the code you give for that job.. zero results...
But looking at jobs, they include a code in the name, but you can't
search on just the code.
The URL for any job you are looking at isn't copy/pastable so you
cannot send a link to a particular job. You have to search..... but...
search is just broken on the site.
Major fail.

Oh look Taleo (ie Oracle) is the system they built this on. You get
what you pay for. Except you paid for this and got almost nothing.....
