[Chugalug] Whats the best way to move up in IT field?

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it yet, but I'll suggest two ways
that are less common (and not for everyone).

1. GitHub. Make code/docs/scripts/etc... Publish it. Repeat.

2. Join a startup.
