This doesn't show the capacity of each link, but it looks like they have connectivity to Level3, Sprint, and Quest (Centurylink).

The last I saw/heard it was 2 x 10GB x 2 Upstreams, so 40GB total.
Currently, there's nothing wrong with that scale.  The "Gig" they talk about is the ability to light up a 1GB circuit from your ONT to the GPON.
