Generic Corporate IT Flunkies are mostly janitors for data that
belongs to someone else these days.  They are expected to keep the day
to day critical infrastructure afloat, by just following their ITIL
checklist, no time for troubleshooting or $deity forbid the position
actually require thought processing....
